The following are the maximum review/decision time frames for conservation district decisions related to Erosion & Sediment Control Plan reviews and NPDES permit applications as defined by PA DEP Administrative Policy.  These time frames do not include the time it takes for applicants or their consultants to respond to the conservation district’s requests for additional or revised information.  They also do not include DEP’s time frames for conducting post-construction stormwater management reviews and related permit decisions for Individual NPDES Permits.

General Permit = 80 days

20 days to conduct administrative review

30 days to conduct 1st technical review

30 days to conduct 2nd technical review/record of decision

Individual Permit = 118 days

20 days to conduct administrative review

66 days to conduct 1st technical review

32 days to conduct 2nd technical review/record of decision
