New E&SPC Program Fee Schedule
The Luzerne Conservation District Board of Directors voted to adopt a new E&S service fee schedule at their December 18th, 2025 meeting. Effective January 1, 2026, all E&S plan submissions to the District will be subject to the amended fee schedule and policy. Click HERE for the new application, fee schedule & policy.
