The Luzerne Conservation District is seeking applicants to fill a full-time Conservation Technician/Specialist vacancy in our E&S/NPDES program. This program helps ensure that erosion and sedimentation from earth disturbance activities in Luzerne County are controlled in order to protect, maintain, and restore the water quality of our waterways.
