The Luzerne Conservation District is pleased to announce the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP). ACAP provides financial and technical assistance for the implementation of best management practices (BMPs) on agricultural operations within PA. The program is funded through the Pennsylvania Clean Streams Fund which is administered by the State Conservation Commission (SCC) and implemented locally by county conservation districts.
Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until all available funding has been allocated. They will be ranked quarterly. Click here for more information.
